    Two weeks ago I cancelled my preorder of just cause 4 and red dead redemption 2 through my billing history on my iPad. It has been over two weeks now and I still havent gotten my money back. When and will I get reimbursed?

    Keep your reciept, they should refund anything with it? Even for preorders.

    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
    I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
    down to only $48.99 each.

    You would want to contact support and speak to billing for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Keep in mind that if you paid with credit card or Paypal you aren't charged for pre-orders until about 10 days before the game releases. So you may not have actually been charged already.

  6. How did you actually pay? With credit or with a card? If you paid by card, it's likely the money was never actually taken from your account.

    If you were able to “cancel” your pre-orders, that would indicate the payment has not yet been taken. If you were able to “refund” your orders, that would indicate that payment had been taken for them.

    The release dates for both of those games are still quite a bit off, are you sure payment was taken for them?

    when it comes to reenbursments i also recomened calling into 18004myxbox so you can speak to someone directly, im just more comfortable voicing my conerns over the phone
