Preordering Xbox Series X

I’m almost fifty years old and have been playing video games my entire life. I’ve owned every xbox and have purchased hundreds and hundreds of games and spent thousands and thousands on Xbox games and accessories. You have access to my information and can
see how much money you’ve profited from me. So why is it I can’t pre-order a console? Why would you not want me to have one? I’ve already stopped preordeing games and won’t purchase anymore products until Im confident I can get my hands on the next generation
console.

Who is in charge of enacting your business model? They should probably be fired. You would think, with all the information you have access to in regard to your most profitable customers, you would want your loyal customers to have your product. Instead,
you’ve allowed scalpers to gobble them all up and have no regard for your most valuable clients. Very dissappointing.
