    the funds I got from an Xbox gift card received from Microsoft rewards expired before I was billed on the preorder I intended to use it for. I have the order history for the preorder on the game is there anyway for those funds to still be used (the
    billing still hasn't gone through yet)?

    Yes you already explained to me that the suspension on a microsoft rewards account wont affect my roblox but if I use 2 microsoft accounts and get giftcards on the 2 accounts and use both of the giftcards on my main roblox account what happens?

    Since that was a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards offer, support in this forum would not be able to assist. Preorders were not eligible for the Microsoft Rewards offer.
