    Preordered Xbox One S -- When does it ship?


    So a little over a month ago (6/17), I went and pre-ordered the Xbox One S via Microsoft.

    I know that the console will be available for sale on August 2nd (according to the
    Xbox One S webpage)

    As of July 29th, on my "Orders" page in my MS account, it still shows the Xbox One S order as "Processing". I still don't see it charged to my credit card yet (I've just checked the transaction history just now)

    Some questions:

    • When does it ship for those who pre-ordered it?
    • Will it be received by August 2nd, or earlier... or later?
    • What kind of shipping service does Microsoft use for this?
    • Will I get a tracking number once the console does ship out?
    I'm just looking for some kind of definite date or estimate -- it's a little hard to find some concrete information about this matter. It's only about 3-4 days until it's released, but I'm getting all giddy.

    What console war, I originally preordered a PS4 in disgust at Microsofts's policies but after their 180's I preordered an Xbox One.

    Charged on got Track numbers when

    I'm really not one to post an already posted topic. But due to a need to organize information.

    it would be nice to see.

    Store or website preordered from and when

    When the charges hit you account

    and if you got tracking #'s when did you get them.





    I preordered from MS Store on 6/11

    charges hit 11/15

    no track#'s as of yet

    I believe you'll see your shipping concerns on this link below.

    Under the "Orders" title you'll see these.

    "Orders are processed after you click the Complete Purchase during the checkout process. Once your order is processed:

    Downloadable software will be made available immediately after purchase.

    Physical/non-downloadable items will be shipped Monday through Friday during business hours.

    Pre-orders will be shipped following release."

    Also, I feel that these questions are better asked directly from the MS Store support for a more solid answer.

    You'll have the "Talk to an expert" side tab which will allow you to get a phone number or chat with a representative.

    Xbox One Walmart Pre-Order

    I have an online preorder for the Xbox One, its a day one edition which on the product page it says all day ones will ship out on the 22nd but on my order status page it says it will not arrive until 12/02 to 12/04 and I know a lot of people got they're
    PS4's on release day or even a day before cause they were shipped out early. Does anybody know if that will be the case with the Xbox One preorders as well cause I really don't wanna have to wait until december to get mine.

    xbox one s pre order release date?

    The Xbox One S releases on August 31st 2016.

    If you preordered it today then youd get free expedited shipping which is (2-3 bussiness day shipping) which would put your console at your home on either Friday September 2nd 2016 or Monday September 5th 2016.

    If you had already preordered before today and chose the free standard shipping option then that one takes 3-7 bussiness days. So youd expect it to be at your home somewhere between Monday September 5th and Friday September 9th.

    Also you wont be charged until it ships
