preordered titanfall, which status is true?

So i preordered it from the ms store to get the free gift card and when i check out my order status now it has 2 different statuses order in process and backorder, so which one do i believe?

My punchcard not working need help

In order to qualify, the games have to be preordered during the offer period which began on October 1. Since you preordered COD and Titanfall outside of the offer period, they are not eligible.

 

On demand punchcard issue

my on demand punchcard shows i have 2 of 3 games punched out yet i preordered titanfall 2 which it shows, final fantasy XV also shows punched out, and dead rising 4 which does not show preordered. also it shows i preordered skyrim special edition which i
didnt i bought it after release but i want the 15000 credits for the mission i purposely preordered final fantasy for the preorder bonus

 

"backordered" is the typical status for pre-orders. Your order is fine, and you will receive it on release. So to answer your question, "processing" is the real status.

 

U order what store? I know 4 sure it not WALMART.com. And I think they do not it in. Or u on another wave shipment.

Ordered two copies on same same day about 30 seconds apart from one another. Hopefully you can get to picture with link. One says it is shipped and other says backordered.
