Preordered Titanfall twice...

Hello all,

I attempted to pre-order Titanfall, and received the error and it said "Try again later". I attempted this 15 mins later and received the same error, but moments after the 2nd attempt I received 2 email confirmations with different confirmation numbers of
my 2 preorders of TitanFall. I then contacted Support through their IM system and the nice customer service rep may have been misunderstanding me as they kept telling me that I have no activity for today and nothing has been withdrawn from my account. I explained
that this wouldn't happen until the release or shipment date. I was then told once I have been double billed to contact and file a dispute to get the funds reversed back to me.

I would like to know if there is a way Microsoft/Xbox or myself could just go somewhere and cancel one of the preorders before I am double billed.

Thoughts anyone?

Who has pre ordered Halo for Xbox One?

I generally don't preorder games beyond console launch. I've only preordered Destiny for the Beta and Titanfall because it's Titanfall...

got mine a few days ago and preordered titanfall. gutted.

 

You would need to phone support for your region & cancel the pre order through them.

Not sure why you were told they couldn't do it until the game is released.

 

Same thing happened to me and support couldnt even tell me if it was hard copy or digital download. Idiots

 

Same thing here. Exactely. You would think that they would have thier collective crap together. This isn't a new thing. My wifes going to flip on the double billing.

 

My son ordered it 6 times!!!! I cant seem to get any type of support from this site. Does anyone have a phone number to call?

 

microsoftstore.com is your best bet. Make sure you sign in with the correct Microsoft Account Email that is associated to your Gamertag. A lot of people confuse their Xbox Gamertag contact email as their Xbox Microsoft Account since they get emails there
about their Gamertag. Make sure if you use Windows 8, that you are signed into the correct account. You can check your Xbox Billing Activity at commerce.microsoft.com. If you don't see the charge, then you are signed into the wrong email...

That should explain everyone's questions. It is only "available in select online Microsoft stores". You'll get a promo code emailed to your Microsoft Account or Xbox contact email (not sure personally).
