Preordered Series X on Nov 9 and now it is saying cancelled!

Like many other people, I preordered Series X on November 9th. When I purchased it, it said it would expedite ship and the ETA delivery was November 12th. I called Microsoft and they told me that it was an error on their part and I wouldn't get my Xbox until
Dec 23rd. I wake up this morning and it says my order was CANCELLED. I called Microsoft and they said they tried to charge my card and my card wouldn't go through. Mind you, I have $630 dollars available on my CC. I called my bank and basically what they told
me is that Microsoft preauthorized the $538 on my card on Nov 9th and then on November 16th, they tried to charge me ANOTHER $538 on my card instead of taking the $538 that they preauthorized which meant my card got declined.

This tactic used by Microsoft was intentional because they took on too many preorders which they did NOT have the stock for. What makes the situation even more repulsive is that they tried to blame my bank and I that is was an issue on our end instead of
taking responsibility and trying to make things right. And look, I get that there is a huge demand in the series X and supplies are limited, but at the same time, Microsoft's errors is NOT the consumers fault!
