Preordered Quantum Break, yet to receive codes for Alan Wake

Hi, I preordered Quantum Break and have yet to receive the code for Alan Wake?

Didn't receive code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare - After Preordering Quantum Break through my Xbox One

The title says it all.

But to be clear. I Preordered Quantum Break on February the 20th and have yet to receive the code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare.

I know that the code for Alan Wake and the DLC will be sent 7-days after the release of Quantum Break but I was under the impression I was suppose to receive a code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare because I preordered.

Thank you for looking into this. Also Thank you for the awesome preorder incentive! Seriously I can't wait to re-play Alan Wake on my X1, and play Quantum Break on both my Xbox One and PC!

Did not receive Quantum Break PreOrder Codes

I was told from support to post my situation here. I preordered Quantum Break from Xbox.com, but I have not received my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break PC code. Can someone please help me with this? I did receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare code.

 

There have been known issues with codes being sent out. Support have been investigating the issue and have found a fix so you should receive a code soon. If not, you'll want to post here -
