    Preordered Quantum Break, still no codes


    Hi, preordered Quantum Break on Xbox One, still haven't gotten the codes for Alan Wake plus DLC or the pc version.

    Preordered on March 31st, but I know it takes a day or to for you guys to see this so I wanted to post this, it's the 8th day.

    Hi,

    The American Nightmare codes will be sent to you within 7-10 days of the purchase so if after 10 days you still got no code, post here again.

    As for the original Alan Wake + DLC codes they will be going out soon. I am waiting for them both as well

    Yeah, I ended up getting American Nightmare provably 165 minutes ago. Nothing else though. And I know the timeframe, read the post.

    Hey there,

    As PsychoPillows mentioned, the rest of the codes (Alan Wake and Quantum Break for Windows 10) will go out 7-10 days after the release of Quantum Break. As long as you pre-ordered through the Xbox Store, you should be eligible.

    Be sure to post a new thread if you do not see any codes after waiting 10 days, or on 4/16/16.

    Still have not received a Windows 10 Code for Pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

    I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
    it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.
