    I preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16 and still have not received any download codes for Alan wake.

    Quantum Break. Received AWAN and QB win10 codes but not for AW

    I preordered Quantum Break and have received the digital codes for Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break but not Alan Wake. When can I expect it?

    Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses not received

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on 2/14/16 through the Xbox one game store and I received my code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare, but I have not received the codes for Alan Wake or my Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

    I answered this in another thread, so excuse the copy and paste answer, but should clear it up for you Preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16, have not received code for Alan wake. :)

    These are due to be sent out 7-10 days once the game is released Preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16, have not received code for Alan wake. :) So once the game is released, wait up to 10days, and if you still havent' received the code, head back here and let us know then Preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16, have not received code for Alan wake. :)

    Taken from the game page:

    Quantum Break includes full game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons. The code for these items will be delivered to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.

    Ok, so I've been looking into it further and I may not be 100% correct. Seems the Alan Wake Nightmare is a seperate deal to the one I've posted. So a support team member will be along shortly to assist Preordered Quantum Break on 2-20-16, have not received code for Alan wake. :)

    I appreciate the effort, but Microsoft support directed me here in order to get the codes. A friend of mine already received the first codes, which sent me looking for mine, which never came. Thanks again though!
