Preordered Quantum Break but haven't received my code for Alan wake's DLC

I preordered Quantum Break on Feb 12, 2016 to qualify for the free code for Alan Wake and its DLC's. I received the code for Alan Wake on Apr 12, 2016 but didn't receive any code for the DLC's, The Writer and The Signal. Are these codes coming still or did
something weird happen here? Thanks in advance!

Haven't received Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break on Windows 10 codes

Hi I preordered the digital edition of Quantum Break on Mar 2nd but haven't received redeem code of Alan Wake's American Nightmare, Alan Wake, and Quantum Break on Windows 10 yet. Could you let me know when I can receive theses? It's been too long for the
codes to be delivered. My gametag is and thanks for help!

 

No Quantum Break Codes

I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

 

I think they just said these games would be free with pre-purchase and had no intention of giving them away, m$ didn't get rich by giving stuff away or do making anything that actually worked properly.

 

No they definitely said that the DLC was included for free along with Alan Wake if you preordered

 

I miss the old days when you got what you paid for and everything worked, you know what I mean?

The days when you bought a game and could play it from day one, no bugs, no patches, no lame excuses from raspberry ripple devs on why its cream crackerd.

 

This is ridiculous! Its been a week since I posted this and microsoft has done NOTHING to help solve this problem. Everytime I go to customer support they just tell me to post on this forum! How is this helping if no one from Microsoft even replies to this?!
I just want the product that was promised to me! is that to much to ask?
