Preordered items from xbox 360 show up in Xbox One Destiny but I can't use them because it ...

Alright, so the other day I decided to buy destiny for Xbox One because i had given away my Xbox 360 to a friend of mine and that xbox 360 i had preordered Destiny and Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare. With that in mind, I had gotten many many preorder items,
including the Blacksmith Shader and the Sparrow S-10V (the Red Sparrow) along with all of these i had also gotten the expansion pass before january of 2015. Now, I had gotten on my Destiny copy for Xbox One and noticed something strange, my Sparrow S-10V is
equipped because i had it equipeed on xbox 360 beforehand, says that I need the preorder exclusive in order to use it, and whenever i pull out my sparrow it is the default one that you start with. On top of that, the Blacksmith Armor Shader i have which is
super rare and expensive as crap now, says that it requires the purchase, yet! I have it in my inventory, which means i entered the code beforehand on xbox 360, had it in my inventory and on Xbox One I still cannot use it, even though I made the purhcase.
Now, if anyone can help me with this that would be greatly appreciated, considering im super frustrated with this. Feels like it was a bad decision to choose xbox one over ps4.

I have Xbox live gold but I can't use it because it says I don't have it.

I recently bought a 12 month prepaid xbox live gold card to renew my expired gold subscription. I entered the code on my account and a message appeared stating the code was redeemed successfully. Everytime I try to play online it says I need to purchase
a gold subscription again. When I look at my memberships it says that my subscription is good until August 9th of 2018. I checked my recent order history as well and it shows that on August 9th of 2017 I used a redeemed code for Xbox Live Gold. I am also prompted
to join Xbox Live Gold when I try and download the games with Gold and on my xbox homescreen it recommends that I get xbox live gold. Please help because I know I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription but I can not use it like I should be able to.

 

Can't use my Weapon Camos on Xbox one

I've purchased a few weapon camos for advanced warfare on Xbox 360 however when I go on my Xbox one I can't use them. I went on my Xbox one and installed the Camos because it said they had already been purchased but when I went on advanced warfare it had
a lock on it showing that I didn't have the item but when I pressed on it it said you've already purchased this item check your games and apps collection I restarted my Xbox several times but I still can't use them and cannot buy them again because it says
they've already been purchased please help

When hovering on the Destiny tile hit the start menu and go to the 'games hub' and scroll all the way to the right where you can see the DLC menu, go into that and select the items and re-download them/install them and it should work in game. See here for

The thing is @DigitalAssassin is that I already downloaded all of the DLC's that came with my expansion pass, on top of that i was supposed to have gotten some items for having the expansion pass before february, which I had expansion pass since day one.
So, even looking at the forum they said to try re-entering the codes, but hey, I threw them away and lost a few of them because I didn't think that i needed to worry about the transfer.

 

So you re-download the items on the Xbox One console? For example, when upgrading to the Xbox One version of Minecraft, none of the skin packs you previously bought would work unless you re-downloaded them through the Xbox One Marketplace, doesn't matter
if you've previously downloaded them on the Xbox 360's marketplace.

So to confirm you're saying you've already successful downloaded them again on the Xbox One's marketplace? They should be available to you for free. If that is the case, I would be making a post over at Bungie's forums.

I don't believe you should have to re-enter the codes, I think it should be as easy as finding the content on the Xbox One's marketplace and it should let you download that content at no additional cost. If you've never re-downloaded the items on the Xbox
One console I can almost guarantee that's your issue....

 

No, basically, my Sparrow S-10V that was a preorder exclusive for Destiny was in my inventory equiped at the time transferred to Xbox One from Xbox 360. So did my Blacksmith Armor Shader which was an exclusive from preordering my COD: Advanced Warfare. But
I couldn't equip either of them. For the Sparrow which was already equipped, it said I require the preorder exclusive, but I still have it equipped. Then the Blacksmith Armor Shader which I had in my inventory, says i require the purchase, YET, I have it in
my inventory. So basically you and other people are telling me to redownload things that are not in the Xbox One Marketplace or Xbox 360 Marketplace. Because they are code only, they would not show up in either of the marketplaces.

 

That's all I've been trying to ascertain, if you could re-download them from the marketplace or not, so if follow the steps at the second link, does any of the content show up under the 'Manage Game' option? I can see my sparrow etc. there, but I didn't
come from the 360.

If there is no content there I can only assume the sparrow and shader don't come across and the only content you can re-download is what's available which is the collectors edition bonuses, vanguard armoury and expansion pass:

Yeah, I can't see any of special content that i talked about before the sparrow and etc., So, i guess there is no way to fix this then.

 

I know it's no consolation, but maybe a little bit of closure, official bungie support has stated at the following link, 'Furthermore, the pre-order red sparrow, shaders, and Collector’s Edition exclusive codes are platform specific and cannot be transferred.'
