Welcome back i'm hoping for a stable launch too. I'm gonna assume that it will be great this time around and they learned their lesson the last time. This is the first time I've preordered any console myself.

Ya, mine has said that since I preordered it May 21. I asked their support and they said even though it says "backordered", that I will be getting it on launch day, as well anyone who preordered the launch edition from them.

Which country are you in? Does this match your account's region?

Can you try power cycling the console and see if that helps? Press the power button for 10 seconds, unplug the console from the wall for 10 minutes and reconnect it all. It worked for another user earlier today.

No reason to be surprised. I mean they've been doing this for a long time now. If you don't buy the game "new" on launch you don't get any of the limited edition stuff inside. Actually, it's not even "new" at midnight releases either since they open it,
remove ALL the extra content and pass them out at midnight. Didn't preorder but they still have "Limited Edition" copies? Too bad. They'll remove the codes and say you're not entitled to them because you didn't preorder the game.

Honestly dont think they care at this point. Ive had a preorder since 23rd september and that was paid for on 24th September... yet im still left empty handed. I did everything right.
