    Preordered HW2 Ultimate Edition almost 2 weeks ago and still no code.


    What's up with not receiving my code yet? It shouldn't take this long and to be honest the license for HWPreordered HW2 Ultimate Edition almost 2 weeks ago and still no code. :DE should have came with the game's purchase and not delivered through this severely out dated method of individually messaging codes to players.

    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition Code Missing

    Waited 2 weeks and still not received the code of the Definitive Edition even though in the Store it says I own it since I bought HW2: Ultimate Edition

    I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition over a week ago now and haven't gotten a code in my Xbox messages or email and was referred here after contacting Xbox support.
