Preordered Halo wars 2 ultimate edition Halo wars definitive edition still cant be downloaded

Hi I recently purchased Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition but have not received my code to download Halo Wars The Definitive Edition yet.

I digitally preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on Dec 6th and still got no code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Can you please help me?

 

I haven't received my code either. Likewise with the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.

Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. Which day did you pre-order/purchase the game? Make sure to check your message center, it could have even been delivered
today!
