Preordered Halo MCC - Money gone - no download - I recieved nothing!

Hey, I just tried to preorder Halo MCC, but it said that an error occured. So i tried it again but I couldn't because my 69,99€ on my account were missing. Basically I paid 70€ for nothing, but I got an Email that I bought it. Please fix that and let me
preload the game!

Havent recieved my warthog dlc code.

I preordered forza horizon 3 and have played halo 5 and halo mcc. But i still havent recieved a code

I have played both Halo MCC and halo 5 but have not recieved the warthog code, I have already recieved and installed Forza horizon 3 but am missing the code

I had it then one time i deleted it to make some place for another game but when i came to reinstall Halo MCC it was just gone, nowhere to be found, even when i go on the Xbox Store and type Halo, the only result i get is: halo 5, halo wars 2, etc but no
MCC at all, and i even have Halo MCC Insider installed on my Xbox right now, but everytime i try to launch it just don't
