PreOrdered Gears of War 4 Ultimate through xbox. Still haven't received code for GOW Collection

I preordered gears of war 4 ultimate through the xbox store. I still haven't received the code for the XBox 360 gears of war collection as it was advertised. Many of my other friends have received their codes.

Xbox support gave me a two week time frame for me to get the code, then once that was up, they changed it to a month. Well it is now a month past, and i still haven't gotten a code.

Bought GoW console, still no GoW 360 codes.

Purchased Gears of War console on Oct 12th. Redeemed GoW 4 Ultimate Edition code. It has now been over a month now and still haven't received Gears 360 collection.

It looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. Has anyone found a resolution for this?

Hello, I bought the gears of war 4 ultimate edition and haven't received any codes including the first 4 games or codes for dlc characters for gow ultimate edition or gow 4.
