    Preordered Gears of War 4, can't get bonus items


    I preordered Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition. I was supposed to get the digital collection but I don't have it and the console doesn't show that I purchased the Ultimate Edition. It just shows the regular game and the season pass. I got an email receipt
    saying to purchased the Ultimate Edition.

    Did not get gears of war 4 preorder bonus and preordered the game

    i had preordered gears of war 4 and got no preorder bonus alsó my gear packs want open and i get nothing from them（ gears of war 1、2、3）

    The STEELBOOK CASE is only a PHYSICAL EXCLUSIVE, so you can get this bonus item only by preordering the disc based game.

    In addition, as your account was a child account at the time of the promotion there would be no way to get them at this point. Sorry :(

    However if you preorder Gears 4 you can get all the backwards comapt games from that preorder bonus.
