Hi,

I preordered Gears of War 4 from Amazon, my email receipt is dated October 10th, and I should have received:

Pre-order Gears of War 4 anywhere to get the “Brothers to the End” Elite Gear Pack which consists of three character skins (Tomorrow Anya, Old Man Marcus, and Zombie Don) as well as two weapon skins (Gold Wave Lancer and Gold Wave Gnasher).

Amazon: Vintage Del character skin, Warbird Gnasher weapon skin, 3 Bounty Cards.

I never received any redemption codes for any of these items. I contacted Amazon and they directed me to contact Microsoft support. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Normally, they are in game on a Windows 10.

I know that they are investigating why some people didn't get what was with the pre-orders.

I agree with monosocratic on using points from the rewards program for the paid skins. I have enough now for 1 set.

Did anyone see the "complete" list of unlockables on the MTV site? It didn't have the liquid set from season pass, preorder skins, and whatever skin comes with buying the 12 month live Gears card. Other than those and the list, are there anymore unlockables
of any kind? This is so ridiculous.

there is no difference between buying gears 3 new or used. there were some preorder character skins but nothing special. if i were u i would buy the used copy and use the many you save to buy the season pass which will give u the 4 dlc packs

I contacted NVidia twice already and have told me to contact Microsoft to check and see if it was successfully redeemed I think my main issue is that I had gears of war 4 preordered on my Xbox when i redeemed the Nivida code and cancelled my preorder on
gears of war 4 to ensure i wouldn't get charged for it
