Preordered GEARS 4 and didn't received THE GEARS XBOX 360 COLLECTION codes

I preordered Gears of War 4 August 19, today is August 30 and I have yet to receive the codes for The Gears xbox 360 collection codes

As stated on the GEARS 4 page:

I haven't received Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection

I have preordered Gears of War 4 on Gamestop.com digitally and i have not received Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection code

I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

 

Codes for that offer have not been sent out yet. They will be sent out around launch, but there is currently no set date. As stated on that site:

Physical copies of the game will come with codes for each of the four titles to download via Xbox Live. For those who purchase digitally, your codes will be sent via Xbox Live message –
we’ll be sharing more information on digital distribution closer to launch.

 

After contacting xbox live support the chat agent assured me that the codes should be send 7 to 10 days from the preorder date as with every preorder code.

As for the last part of the sentence that you kindly added that is divided with a dash for the simple reason that the info regards the digital distribution of the main game.

Please check your facts before answering in this page!

Since phone and chat support do not handle promotions, they typically give incorrect information about them.

 

So what you are actually pointing out is that the chat support gives incorrect information on purpose?

 

I don't think they do it on purpose, but unfortunately they are known to give out incorrect information about things they don't actually handle.

 

I hope they do give correct information about things they actually handle.
