Preordered Gear of war 4 Promotion

Hi, i know it´s kinda late to create this post but,i had a problem with the 10,000 xbox live reward points for preordered the GOW4 Ultimate edition, because i didn´t got those ponints and i would like to see why was that for, i read other post where there
was a problem and you were trying to solve it, but in my case it didn´t get solved. thanks for the attencion and have a nice day.

PS: Sorry if my english is bad, i´ts just not my mother language, i´m Mexican

Did not get gears of war 4 preorder bonus and preordered the game

i had preordered gears of war 4 and got no preorder bonus alsó my gear packs want open and i get nothing from them

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

That promotion ended last year now you only get it if you preordered gears of war 4 if you didn't play before the of the last year
