    Hi Support team. It's almost 2 weeks and my 3rd pre order is still not reflecting on the punchcard. Sea of Thieves , Far Cry 5 and Pure Farming 2018. I've even pre ordered

    SWORD ART ONLINE: FATAL BULLET Pre-Order Bundle and still no go. They're also not showing as complete

    Preorder Punchcard Not Updating

    I’ve preordered three specific games that are eligible for the Xbox love rewards preorder punchcard and only two of the games are shown as preordered and released. I preordered Wolfenstein 2, The Evil Within 2, and Cod WW2. The first two show up as preordered,
    but Cod does not. I would really like credit for fulfilling the punchcard.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue where your purchase of Sea of Thieves was progressing the pre-order MyChallenge which was causing your Games on Demand progress to not also be awarded. We have corrected this issue, and you should now receive
    progress on both offers. You should see the changes shortly.

    VIP and the punchcard are two separate then. In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Anything preordered before October 1 would not be eligible.

    The purchase is not showing because it is not eligible. Preorders do not count towards VIP. So since that purchase was a preorder it does not count. It would be eligible for your Games on Demand punchcard though and should show as a punch on that offer.

    I don't know I preorder Battlefront 2 for the same reason, and that is the ONLY punch that shows up on my punchcard. My punch for Wolfenstein 2 and Cod ww2 haven't shown up yet. BF2 was preordered for the early access beta. and Cod and W:The New Colossus
    were ordered last weekend. if may just be a punchcard glitch.

    You can check your progress on the punchcard's page. Punches will show about 96 hours after you preorder a game. If you preordered any of the games before October 1, they will not be eligible.
