Preordered Games Before the Rewards Period

I recently preordered two games which have become available in the current preorder rewards program but when i preordered them they were not in the current time frame. I was wondering if i could get them carried over into this month as i am looking at preordering
a third game.

Preorder rewards problem

i have preordered 3 games during the qualifying time period and none of them have ever updated to reflect that. Resident Evil 7, Halo Wars 2 and Mass Effect Andromeda were all preordered since the rewards time period opened...but I still sit at 0 preorders
counted towards the reward.

 

Do preorders made last year count for the January 1. - March 31. preorder challenge?

No. In order to qualify, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. So anything preordered before January 1 will not count.

Unfortunately, purchases outside the offer period are not eligible for the offer. From the FAQ:
