Preordered game is gone!

I preordered the new saints row about a month ago. Was excited to play today but didn't know if it came out or was coming out at midnight tonight. Either way I saw a bunch of new reviews and thought it would be out, I had already installed the game and it had been on my home screen since I preordered. Now it's telling me i need to buy it to play? I have uninstalld the game and reinstalled it but no luck! And now it's completely disappeared from my home screen. When looking at it in the shop litteraly half an hour ago it said I owned the game, and now it's saying I do not owe the game and what's worse is I can't find the receipts on my banking app or the xbox, which means I can't get my £80 back and will have to spend another £60 to play it. How can I fix this if at all possible?

Check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the purchase and that it was completed and not cancelled. Keep in mind that when you preorder with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the game's release. If they're not able to charge you at that time, the order gets cancelled. If that's the case, or you don't see the transaction listed, then you would need to buy the game.

Same issue here, my BR arctic rifle is gone, my war games helmets and emblems are gone, and the preorder stuff is gone. Very annoying as I didn't notice it until I started a slayer match and defaulted to the Assault Rifle.

been wanting to play this for a while it is 2-3 hours of gameplay if you wanted to know and if you preorder the game you may not get it on time or at all due to both COVID-19 and Ebgames shutting down for good because they have gone bankrupt if you are preordering

There were no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. Depending on when you preordered it, it would have either gone towards the last games on demand punchcard offer at the end of 2016, or the current games on demand punchcard offer that
is still running. In order to receive the credits, you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer.
