Preordered Forza Horizon 3, Code for $10 e gift card is not long enough and doesn't work.

I preordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, and did so for the promotional $10 e gift card. However, when I received the "code" it is not the 25 required characters and does not work. I contacted support and was told to post here to get help.

Pre-order gift cards not received

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 and at the time the $10 gift card promotion was there and I also pre-ordered 2k17 both from microsoft.com and I have not recieved either of the $10 gift cards

Did not receive $10 gift card after purchasing Forza Horizon 3 in the first two weeks.

I have purchased Forza Horizon 3 in the first two weeks it has been released, and I have not received my code for a $10 gift card. I have checked my messages, and email, but I did not see an email about the code.

Hello,

All of the Microsoft Store's preorder bonus's are listed as being 10 days after the item is shipped to you. You'll get an e-mail on or around the 10th day with a code for the $10 Xbox Gift Card.

The $10 gift card should be sent via email about 10 business days after the game ships as long as you preordered from microsoftstore.com. If you're a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

If you preordered digitally through the Xbox store, you would not be eligible for that offer.
