PreOrdered FIFA 16, got the EA Access Code - but now the Mail is gone. (German)

für die Vorbestellung von Fifa 16 bekam ich einen EA Access Code als XBOX Nachricht gesendet. Diesen wollte ich jetzt einlösen und habe feststellen müssen, dass die Nachrichten nach einem gewissen Zeitraum gelöscht werden. Somit ist auch der Code weg.

Im Chat wurde mir gesagt, ich soll meinen Fall hier schildern. Können Sie auf meine älteren Nachrichten zugreifen?

Lost my EA access

Hi, I had a code for EA access that I got for buying fifa 16, but I was saving it and now that I want it the message for the code has gone and I was wondering if there is anyway I could get the code back?

 

NOT RECEIVED MY EA ACCESS CODE

I preordered fifa 17 via the fifa 16 app and it said I would receive my ea access code within 7-10 days and still haven't received it
