Preordered Destiny 2 and never got the beta access code

I preordered Destiny 2 back in march and was never emailed an access code to the beta that starts tomorrow. I would like to be able to access the beta for tomorrow since that is what I paid for. I already spoke to support and was given reference number

I preordered destiny 2 in may and I still haven't recived my beta code yet and the beta is out today

i recently preordered destiny 2 but still not recieved an beta acces code.

 

If you preordered digitally you will not receive a code. You will automatically have access to the beta. If you preordered a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from.

To clarify and elaborate on Smwutches reply, the Destiny 2 Beta begins on July 19th and ends on July 23rd. More information about the beta specifically can be found on the Destiny official website

If you've pre-ordered the game on the Xbox Store, you won't actually need a beta code as the license for the beta will already be associated with your account. To download the Destiny 2 Beta now, you'll want to go to the Xbox Store and search "Destiny 2".
You'll see the beta available in the list and be able to install it there (It's 12.83 GB, so make sure you have some space available for the game to install).

If you pre-ordered the game at a retailer, you'll receive a code that you'll need to redeem on the Destiny website
HERE. Once you redeem the code you'll receive instructions on how to download the beta.

If you've pre-ordered the game at retail and have not received a code, you'll need to work with the retailer to obtain a code as we don't have the ability to replace beta codes.
