Preordered Dark Souls 3, haven't received code for Dark Souls 1.

Preordered DS3 on 2/19/2015 and haven't received code to download DS1 as of 3/1/2015.

I preordered dark souls 3 and haven't received my dark souls 1 code. I was told to post this here for the code. My gamertag is

Hi i preordered dark souls 3 and haven't received my dark souls 1 code yet and its been over 10 days.

 

I purchased dark souls 3 deluxe on february 20th and still havent got the code for dark souls 1 and it already been 10 days

I preordered Dark Souls 3 on the XBOX ONE and have not received my code for Dark Souls 1 yet. The promotion is said you will receive the code in 7-10 days and I have yet to get my code. Please assist.

I preordered Dark Souls 3 and have not received the code for the original Dark Souls yet. I am really excited to play it before the third one comes out.

I was told by Microsoft Support to post here. I hope I can get the code soon.

I had purchased the deluxed edition of Dark Souls III. With this, you are suppose to recieve a download code in 7-10 days in your xbox message center for Dark Souls (original). I purchased the game on 2/20/16 It has been over 10 days, and still, no code.
It literally takes moments to generate a code and send out a message. I don't think having my code in the promised time is too much to ask for.

 

Hi I ordered dark souls 3 on the store it said that I get dark souls 1 for free with in 7-10 days. I orderEd the game on the 17th of February and as of yet...still haven't received the code and it's the 2nd or March. .

Any information would be nice as to pre order it costs a lot of money
