Discus and support Preordered before 12/20, still no code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I preordered before 12/20, still don't have my code.     I preordered before 12/20, still don't have my code. Turns out I was supposed to have it by now according to a dev at 343. Could use some help.

    Haven't gotten my HWPreordered before 12/20, still no code :DE code yet

    I have not received my code yet and I've on the Halo Wars subreddit that people here had the ability to look into my situation. I have preordered before 12/20.

    Still haven't received my HWPreordered before 12/20, still no code :DE code.

    I preordered the game prior to 12/20. I was told to come on here and support would issue a code.

    Checked my Xbox messages and still nothing. Please help.

    A possible source to this error may be that I changed my gamertag before and after 11/20 from LLGHTHAMMER(gamertag at release date) to SuperSleigher(gamertag after 11/20) to SLK AS SLN (gamertag before 12/1/12).
