    Preordered the games premium edition was supposed to get a month of ea access and havent received a code or anything of sort.

    EA Access codes from preorder

    I preordered NHL, Titanfall, FIFA and Battlefield a week ago but never got my 1 month EA Access codes I'm supposed to get for preordering. Anyone else?

    Preordered and was supposed to get a code for a month of ea access and havent..

    In the email you received with the preorder and also on the store page, it was posted that it can take up to ten days before you received the code. For me my code arrived Via Xbox lives message system.

    If you haven't received the code and it has been longer then ten days since the time of purchase i would contact @XboxSupport on twitter, Or contact Xbox support Here
    through which ever method you prefer.

    EA ACCESS code not received!

    The promotion was for 1 month free EA ACCESS which was promoted on the xbox one Dashboard. I purchased xbox gold as required but have not received a code to give me the EA ACCESS.

    I have also preordered FIFA17 Ultimate edition.
