Preordered a Game and never got my money back

So I had preordered Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Edition on June 13th via my account balance, and I live chatted on the 7th, because during the beta I realized I meant to get the ultimate edition instead, so I wanted to get it cancelled and use my $83.99
on the recent preorder towards the better edition I meant to purchase in the first place. So in the chat It was cancelled and I never got my money back. I have been going back and forth with chatting and calling and haven't recieved my money. I was told it
was cancelled which it was on the 7th and I was told they only could see it was cancelled on June 13th, which is totally wrong I purchased the game on June 13th and it was completed, I have it installed on my xbox the preorder, so it went through, and I chatted
on the 7th of September and they cancelled it with no money back. I am very upset and if this doesn't get resolved, I will for sure taking legal action on this, since I paid for a game which I haven't recieved. I am getting really upset with this whole deal,
as I have never had a mistake ever with Xbox.

Xbox stole money from my card?

apparently they took the money for a game i preordered a month ago now instead of back then. False alarm, won't let me delete the post. still didn't pop up in my orders though which is why i got flustered. This never happened before. I preordered stuff before
and it took the money right away. Does that always happen? Or is it a first time for me?

 

Still have not received Alan wake, American nightmare, or quantum break windows codes

this is bull... i feel duped i have never preordered a game and i only did so because of the free stuff. ive contacted xbox support and still no response. i just want my money back.

 

Also I would like to add: I have all the proof you guys need, Order Confirmations and also I have gotten a email on the 7th of September when the order got cancelled by the chat agent.

 

Unfortunately since that is a billing issue, you will need to continue working with phone or chat support. Forum support would not be able to assist with refunds.

 

I have been on the phone for hours upon hours and no help also with chat, I will get nowhere as I have gone through a good 10 reps and they all honestly are no help.

 

Have you signed into https://billing.microsoft.com and verified that there's no refund there?

If it's not there, then unfortunately Smwutches is right and you will need to continue working with phone/chat support as they are better placed to deal with this than us on the forums.
