So i preordered black-ops 3 and fallout 4 from the xbox store when there should of been 2 10$ money cards but i never got the money any help?

The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would have needed to preorder them as physical discs from that website in order to receive the codes.

 

Thats what i did i have the discs i preordered them and then they got delivered but I never got the cards.
