Preorder Rewards unrecieved

Hello,

I was referred here by Xbox support.

I pre-ordered watch_dogs 2 with the promise I would receive $40 in return if I ordered the physical disc from microsoftstore.com. 15 000 points through the yearly preorder reward, 15 000 through a watch_dogs 2 game preorder special, and a $10 Microsoft code
via email as an order bonus.

So far, I have only received the 15 000 points for the yearly preorder reward. The $10 code is past it's due date, and I believe the other 15 000 are as well.

Query of when I'll recieve preordered rewards points

Preordered dead rising 4 through the Xbox live preorder rewards program, was told by support I would recieve 15,000 rewards points in 7 days, it's now longer than 7 days, when will I recieve rewards point for my preorder?

go to Gamestop, cancel preorder, preorder it again using powerup reward card and it will print on the receipt

 

Support will check back about the Watch Dogs offer (although you can only be awarded once for a game so it may not have been possible to receive both sets of credits), but since you're a rewards member you receive the 15,000 credits for preorders instead
of the $10 gift code. Not both.

 

Hi Namelessthehckr. Our offer is to award only 15,000 Credits for pre-orders made at microsoftstore.com. Watch_Dogs 2 was part of that promotion. Since you received the 15,000 Credits, you were not eligible for the $10 gift code.
