Preorder rewards problem

i have preordered 3 games during the qualifying time period and none of them have ever updated to reflect that. Resident Evil 7, Halo Wars 2 and Mass Effect Andromeda were all preordered since the rewards time period opened...but I still sit at 0 preorders
counted towards the reward.

xbox pre order rewards

Hey.

i got a problem with my reward Programm, every game i preorder online, or online purchase, doesnt count for my preorder challenge or the other Programms, i would be very happy if u could help me somehow

Query of when I'll recieve preordered rewards points

Preordered dead rising 4 through the Xbox live preorder rewards program, was told by support I would recieve 15,000 rewards points in 7 days, it's now longer than 7 days, when will I recieve rewards point for my preorder?

If you pre-ordered all three of those titles after January 1st, 2017 then the next thing is be sure it has been more than 96 hours. If it has been over 96 hours and the punches have not registered then a staff member will have to review your account.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
Rewards support will have to look into it.

Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

go to Gamestop, cancel preorder, preorder it again using powerup reward card and it will print on the receipt

If you preordered before the punchcards began, they wouldn't have counted. If you preordered after and they didn't complete, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.
