Preorder reward

Discus and support Preorder reward in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I recently preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition. But I haven't seen the preorder reward appear in my account.     I recently preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition. But I haven't seen the preorder reward appear in my account. When should I expect to see it appear?

    Query of when I'll recieve preordered rewards points

    Preordered dead rising 4 through the Xbox live preorder rewards program, was told by support I would recieve 15,000 rewards points in 7 days, it's now longer than 7 days, when will I recieve rewards point for my preorder?

    go to Gamestop, cancel preorder, preorder it again using powerup reward card and it will print on the receipt

    Preorder reward

    If you preordered it on or after January 1, it would have counted towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and the credits would be given after all 3 games are released.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.

    If you preordered before the punchcards began, they wouldn't have counted. If you preordered after and they didn't complete, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Pre-order reward points

    There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.

    For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to qualify for that offer, the games have to be preordered as physical discs from microsoftstore.com. If you preordered digitally, the purchase
    would not have been eligible.
