    No Alan Wake or Windows 10 version of QB codes received after pre-order

    I still haven't received any codes for quantum break preorder bonus. Any help would be awesome!

    Preordered Quantum Break april 4th and stil havent received my codes for Alan Wake and QB for PC.

    Hey there!

    The investigative teams were able to determine that you redeemed your code for Quantum Break on 5/28 which was after the release date for QB. To qualify for the preorder bonus of the WIN10 copy of the game, you had to have preordered and redeemed your code
    before April 5, 2015.

    Have not received my Alan Wake and Quantum Break Windows 10 PC code.

    I also have heard nothing so far regarding my QB preorder codes. Was told 7-10 days to receive them, it's going on 14 days and still no word...this is ridiculous.
