Preorder punchcard

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

Preorder punchcard challenge

The demand preorder punchcard is running from 1 october till 31 december. The games you can preorder now only go as far as 17 november (The Sims 4) . Do games released after 17 november still count for your punchcard challenge?

(e.g. I preorder 2 games now (from list till 17 november) and preorder a game later, that is not at the current list (but releases before 31 december) , does that count for 3 games on my punchcard?)

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) Games on Demand titles in the Xbox Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order each game before
its shown release date to qualify. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since your purchases were outside the offer period, before the offer had been created, they were not eligible for this offer.

Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your purchase of Skyrim and Dishonored 2 were made during the offer period, you only received two out of the three required punches, and therefore did not complete
the offer. The punchcard is located at the top of the offer page. The body of the offer page is only a record keeping indicator of what titles you currently own.
