Preorder Punchcard Not Updating

VIP and the punchcard are two separate then. In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Anything preordered before October 1 would not be eligible.

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with our data source for purchases that is in the process of being resolved. Due to this source being down, we do not have purchase data from after January 22nd. Since your purchases were made
on the 23rd, we have not yet received this information. Once this issue is resolved, and we begin to be fed purchase information again, you should see the offer progress as expected. Our most recent update from the team resolving this issue has informed us
that it should be resolved shortly. Again, we apologize for the delay as our purchase data recovers and begins to get caught up on the last week.

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since your purchase of Call of Duty was not within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time
database to determine local time.

If you preordered it before October 1, it would not be eligible for the games on demand punchcard.
