Preorder punchcard not counting all the games I purchased.

I have preordered more than three of the games that are required for the rewards, and yet it only counts two. If anyone has any explanation it would be greatly appreciated.

Preorder punchcard challenge

The demand preorder punchcard is running from 1 october till 31 december. The games you can preorder now only go as far as 17 november (The Sims 4) . Do games released after 17 november still count for your punchcard challenge?

(e.g. I preorder 2 games now (from list till 17 november) and preorder a game later, that is not at the current list (but releases before 31 december) , does that count for 3 games on my punchcard?)

I preordered Destiny 2 through console not through preorder punchcard promo

I was wondering if this can be approved for the preorder punchcard promo since this is one of the titles and I have indeed purchased through the microsoft store. Just on console and not on the computer

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your punchcard should update within 96 hours of your pre-order.

Your purchase of Sea of Thieves was only made two days ago, so it has not updated. Your purchase of Monster Hunter World was not a pre-order.

Support will stick check on your credits, but yes, the games you preordered for the punchcard would only count towards that punchcard. You can only receive credits for purchase once. They can't qualify for multiple offers. Preorders don't count towards VIP
at all so you would not have gotten the 10% back on those anyway. So you would not have receive credits for those purchases without the punchcard actually.

The purchase is not showing because it is not eligible. Preorders do not count towards VIP. So since that purchase was a preorder it does not count. It would be eligible for your Games on Demand punchcard though and should show as a punch on that offer.

then all i'd do is not preorder if thats true. Wow, if all your saying is true then rewards are a border line scam and I need to read the fine print
