    I was sent here by Xbox Live Rewards Twitter Account.

    I am still awaiting the 15000 credits and Gems For Completing The Pre Order Punchcard

    I preordered

    The Sims 4 November 14th,

    Call Of Duty WW2 October 30th,

    Assasins Creed Origins October 24th

    I was told I should have been paid out around 4 days after my last preorder released

    I am still waiting.

    Looking at the Punchcard on the reward site it appears it is only registering 1 game has been preordered at the top yet in the details 3 titles have the "You Preordered" Footer

    You closed the previous post stating I did not pre-order the sims 4 yet I have the transaction history Stating I Did Pre-Order it on the 14th of November. It did not release until the 17th

    Preorder punchcard

    I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

    Punchcard not showing as complete

    I recently completed the preorder promotion for 15000 reward credits, but on my punchcard it is only showing that I've made 2 preorders when I have made all 3. Resident evil, halo wars 2 and For Honor are the titles I've preordered

    Hello The Viral Cyrix,

    Since you purchased your Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition on the release date, it was not a pre-order. Only pre-orders are eligible for Games on Demand. The Deluxe Party Edition had a release date of November 14th, as stated on the publisher site: (The Sims 4 Console – The Sims Available on Xbox One and PS4).

    Since you purchased your Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition on the release date, it was not a pre-order. Only pre-orders are eligible for Games on Demand. The Deluxe Party Edition had a release date of November 14th, as stated on the publisher site: (https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/console).

    If you preordered before the punchcards began, they wouldn't have counted. If you preordered after and they didn't complete, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Pre-order game injustice 2 ?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

    There are no offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. If you preordered it on or after October 1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible preorders to complete the offer and receive
    the 15,000 credits.
