    I've Preordered 3 games, Shadow of war, south park, and Star wars battlefront, but south park does not show up on the punch card? How do I get my points? I've wasted more than 2 hours going through other xbox support channels.

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only one of your purchases was within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.





    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit     http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time
    database to determine local time.

    Didn't receive points

    rewards punch card didn't register third preorder therefore I didn't receive my 15000 points

    It was if you complete a punch card of 3 game preorders you will receive 15 dollars.

    I also preordered Middle Earth - The Shadow of War in like May of 2017

    If you preordered digitally it would count as a punch towards your Games on Demand punch card. you would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to complete the offer and receive the credits
