Preorder punch card still awaiting payout

I was sent here by Xbox Live Rewards Twitter Account.

I am still awaiting the 15000 credits and Gems For Completing The Pre Order Punchcard I preordered

The Sims 4 November 14th,

Call Of Duty WW2 October 30th,

Assasins Creed Origins October 24th I was told I should have been paid out around 4 days after my last preorder released

I am still waiting.

Looking at the Punchcard on the reward site it appears it is only registering 1 game has been preordered at the top yet in the details 3 titles have the "You Preordered" Footer

Rewards Punch Card

I purchased three games during the Punch Card promotion. The third game was purchased on 11/29/14. My punch never updated with my third purchase. The promotion ended on 11/30/14. When will I receive the 20,000 point payout?

As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only one of your purchases was within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.





How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

Since you did not pre-order The Sims 4, you did not complete this offer. Since the offer requires three pre-orders to complete, and you only have two, this offer was not Rewarded.
