    i pre ordered the deluxe digital monster hunter world through xbox live but no punch was added to my card.

    As stated in the FAQ for this offer, you must make three eligible pre-orders during the offer period to complete this offer. Since only one of your purchases was within the offer period, you have not yet completed this offer.





    How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?

    Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
    each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit     http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time

    I've Preordered 3 games, Shadow of war, south park, and Star wars battlefront, but south park does not show up on the punch card? How do I get my points? I've wasted more than 2 hours going through other xbox support channels.

    For help with the rewards program, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind it should take about 96 hours for the punch to show after you make the preorder and if you preordered before January 1, it would not be eligible.
