    Preorder Punch card not registering preorder progress


    hello,

    i saw a promotion to preorder 3 games and get 15000 in rewards points. I have preordered Shadow of war, south park, assassins creed, and call of duty and my mission page has not updated at all to reflect any progress. please help.

    hi I preorder assassin creed origin on the 5th of october but it hasn't updated my preorder punch card my other 2 preorder have gone on ok. Can someone have a look thank you

    Preorder punch card not counting towards progress

    Hi JD Rippz. We looked into your issue and it looks like your last pre-order was not calculated into the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. We're making this adjustment and you will see your Credits pending by the end of the week. Sorry for the trouble.

    You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into it for you. Keep in mind that if you preordered any of them before the offer began on October 1, they will not count towards the offer.

    You can check your progress on the punchcard's page. Punches will show about 96 hours after you preorder a game. If you preordered any of the games before October 1, they will not be eligible.

    It was if you complete a punch card of 3 game preorders you will receive 15 dollars.
