    Preorders do not count towards VIP at all. In order for them to count toward VIP, you would have to purchase the games after they are released.

    Are you posting from the account the made the preorder/purchase? These codes are sent within 7 to 10 days after the preorder to the account which preordered the game.

    Actually support had responded to your previous post as well. Since you preordered digitally and not a physical disc, your preorder is not eligible for that offer.
