Preorder not showing in history

Check your purchase history here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ Have you preordered a game? if it doesn't show up in your purchase history then
as suggested go via https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us At the virtual agent select "see other options" pick a topic, then select "show contact options" and request
a callback.

TYhanks for the reply Brad. I got support on the phone an it turns out my preorder is still intact, and just waiting for the release date. I was just concerned why it wasn't showing up on my order history, cuz ya know, xbox is the best of course.

First thing you want to do is check your order history at account.microsoft.com and make sure the preorder went through.

Like EggsBoxJuan said if you made the preorder with anything other then using your MS account balance MS will not charge the payment
option till approximately 10 days prior to the game being released and if they can not get the money from the payment option they will cancel the order. This will show in your order history as cancelled if this is the case you will have to purchase the game
in order to play it.

If your order history does show as completed then you want to make sure that you are signed into the correct account on your xbox.

It is technically a refund but it should be approved since it is a preorder.

You may also try going into you order history on account.microsoft.com and seeing if you can cancel the preorder there.

If you preorder using a credit card/Paypal, it will show up as pending on your order history because they don't charge you until within 10 days of the games release.
