Preorder issues with new latest preview update (why you can't access Stick of truth trough ...

I pre ordered South park the fractured but whole gold edition and deus ex mankind divided digital deluxe edition with xbo currency on console. I noticed that I wasn't being charged for the games so I went to check another game to preorder and it says you
will be charged 14 days before games release date so I couldn't get stick of truth since it didnt count as buying it yet. I talked to customer support online/phone and in the end they said I cant cancel those preorders but since I used Xbox currency for the
purchases I won't be charged again if I buy them on Xbox.com digitally using the points which charges instantly. As soon as I bought South Park the fractured but whole I was able to download the stick of truth but had to search it on my iPads Xbox companion
app to get it to pop up on my console and had option to instal. But now if I have 96 currency in Xbox when preorder is released I'll be charged a second time so be very careful took 2 days to learn that with multiple calls especially if you us debit or credit
don't need to forget about the order then see it on next bill or overcharge. I also brought this to the attention of the report a problem in the console and they said there bringing it up to management when I called hopefully they fix it. i think we need
the option to pay outright like before or just choose between the 2 options heck even the ability to cancel the console preorders just so I can reorder on the site would be nice rather than the 2 day headache and run aroun.

Question ab Stick of Truth

Technically you can't cancel a digital preorder but if you call support and they let you pretty sure the license for stick of truth will go with it

 

I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured Butt Whole but I can't install or play South Park: The Stick of Truth as advertised at E3

It's a known issue with the preview program right now due to changes with preordering on the new update. For assistance with the preview program, you'll need to post in the preview program forums -

@xX Yggdrasil Xx -Codes are not sent out for that offer. Once you preorder the game, The Stick of Truth should show as available to download for free from the marketplace.
