Preorder Ghost Recon Wildlands didn't received my preorder bonus

I'm sorry to see any issues with pre-order bonuses! This was actually done through Ubisoft, and you will need to
reach out to their support if you didn't receive it. I would expect that you need to have proof of purchase ready so that they can confirm that you pre-ordered the game.

The purchase would have counted as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits

If you preordered after March 1 and after opting into the 6,000 credit offer and are looking for those credits, you would want to post in the support section of the forum in order for support to check into it for you.

Preordered On The 1st

If you preordered it digitally, it would have counted towards the Games on Demand punchcard offer. You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete that offer and receive the 15,000 credits. If you bought it after release, it would have counted
towards the "Simply Rewarding" offer for 6,000 credits as long as you activated the offer before purchasing. But the Ghost Recons offer was only eligible for physical purchases made from microsoftstore.com

To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

• Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits

Since that offer was available in February, Ghost Recons would have been a preorder at that time. Preorders do not count towards VIP and would not have been eligible for that offer.
