Preorder digital code

hi I preordered a batman on Amazon but there is a delay so they are sending me a code tomorrow if I download it when the game turns up via post can I sell the disc/games once completed or does downloading it stop this ?

They are sending you the digital code and will send you the disc at a later date. You should be able to sell the disc on as you will have a digital license for it

Ok thank you , once I sell the disc can I still use the digital download as they both separate licences ?
