Preorder credits

Please take some time and read this post for context. (Preordered Dead Rising 4 physical a few hours before release day?).

Can you help me add the credits manually because I technically preordered it on the night of the 5th but I am afraid that I will not get the 15000 credits because you informed me that the order was recorded to be made on the 6th and is not eligible. I had
an email confirm that it was a preorder and that the order was made on the 5th, it only shipped on the 6th. Order number 12113394668.

No credits posted?

Preorders are only eligible for credits if there is a specific offer for them when you preorder. The Games on Demand punchcard is currently the only preorder offer. In order to receive credits, you had to preorder 3 eligible games. Out of the games you ordered,
only Destiny and Middle Earth were eligible, so you would not have completed that offer and received credits.

The 15,000 credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped as long as you preordered a physical disc from microsoftstore.com.

If your purchase was made on the date you describe, then you should receive your Credits 15 days after shipping. If you do not see your Credits by that time, we will investigate and adjust your account as necessary.
